We will continue to offer No-Contact Service including Vehicle Drop-Off and Complimentary Vehicle Pick-Up (within 15 miles). Read below to see how they work.

How to schedule No-Contact Service

We are happy to continue to pick up and drop off your vehicles for service. All you have to do is call 949-539-0494 or schedule an appointment through our website and leave us a pick-up request in the comments field.

If you choose to drop off your vehicle during business hours, place your keys in our secure night drop box to the right of our office door. Please call us when you arrive so we know your vehicle is here. As a paperless shop, your repair orders, estimates and invoices are all online through our shop management system. We accept payments over the phone and a remote pay link sent via text and email to avoid person-to-person contact.

You may drop your vehicle off after hours at your convenience, day or night. We have designated Star Motors client parking in the front lot near our office door and a secure night drop box for your keys. We will call you by 8:00 am to let you know we have your keys in hand. For vehicles dropped off over the weekend we will call by 8:00 am on the next business day. It’s that easy!

We have also enhanced our key drop system to include a key locker next to the night drop box so that when you come to pick up your vehicle the keys will be even more secure. Upon check out we will give you the locker number and the combination.

We are still committed to taking every precaution to ensure the health and safety of our staff and clients. We are continuing to disinfect and sanitize our facility as well as high-touch areas in your vehicles. Our employees are wearing protective gear including a 3-layer mask and sterile nitrile gloves.


All employees must wash their hands for 20+ seconds before beginning a new job and periodically throughout the day.


Common surfaces throughout the shop are cleaned throughout the day and a professional team comes in periodically for disinfection.


Every employee is screened for health concerns each morning. Employees with symptoms are required to stay home and quarantine.
