BRAKES FOR BREASTS is a national promotion where participating automotive service facilities provide free brake pads to customers, then donate 10% of the brake service directly to the Cleveland Clinic Breast Cancer Vaccine Fund. There are many great organizations out there, yet in reality less than 10% goes to the actual cure. Cleveland Clinic is focused on prevention.
