At Star Motors European Repair, our goal is to provide dealership quality diagnostics and repair with exceptional and friendly customer service. One of our core values is in giving back to the community. We support a number of organizations and charities focused on helping women, teens, and marginalized communities gain access to the opportunities that can make a tremendous difference in their lives.
April is Autism Awareness Month and this year, we are partnering with Exceptional Minds, a Southern California nonprofit, post-secondary digital arts academy and professional studio. Their mission is to cultivate the skills of artists on the autism spectrum through customized training and hands-on experience to launch careers in digital arts and animation.
Star Motors has a goal to raise $1,000 and is getting involved by donating $10 from all oil services to the Exceptional Minds organization during the month of April.
So far we are on track to hit 60 oil services for the month. We NEED your help to get to 100! Can you help us reach our goal? Schedule an oil change appointment and spread the word to your friends, family, and co-workers to help us reach our goal of a $1,000 donation to Exceptional Minds!

April 22 is Earth Day
To celebrate Earth Day, we’re giving away some eco-friendly gifts made of 100% recycled materials. Don’t forget to pick yours up when you come in for service! We’re proud to be one of the few certified GREEN facilities in Orange County by the Bureau of Automotive Repair and the California Department of Toxic Substances Control. We’re aware of how our individual choices and business practices influence our impact on the planet. This is why we choose to operate with a sustainable business practice that considers what’s best for the environment at large.
Here are some of the ways that we are doing our part:
– We are 80% paperless! When we do use paper, it’s recycled
– We recycle tires, oil, and other fluids
– We use water-based cleaning solvents to clean and degrease parts.
– We send bottles, cans and paper to local recyclers.
– To clean our facility, we use a three-step dry mop system, saving water and using fewer chemicals.
– We use recycled paper and printer toner.
We are always looking to implement other measures to preserve our environment and welcome your suggestions!
APAC ATI
APAC ATI is a non-profit organization founded by Star Motors Owner, Chris Knuth.
The mission of APAC ATI is to provide high-quality automotive training and empowerment to students in underserved communities through a combination of automotive technical training and personal growth skills to meet the demands of life, realize their dreams, and advance their careers within the automotive industry.
APAC ATI is focused on helping individuals within the following categories:

Former Inmates
Recovery community
Our vision is to expand the APAC ATI program to 50 states and 35 countries within the next 15 years. We’re thrilled to receive so much great feedback and interest in this program, yet there’s still lots to do to ensure this vision comes to life!
